Dr. Samar Kumar Ghorui was a senior scientist and former Director of ICAR’s National Research Centre on Camel (Bikaner). He has remarkable contributions spanning camel health and research, enabling camelid immunology and antibody development work. He brings deep domain context on camel resources, field realities, and research execution in national livestock infrastructure. He oversees the programmes in PUBHealth that rely on camelid-derived antibody platforms. He also advises on animal programme design, feasibility, and collaboration pathways with national facilities.

Sarah Nabia is a Research Faculty member in the Global Disease Epidemiology and Control (GDEC) program within the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and is based at the International Vaccine Access Center (IVAC). She holds an MPH and MBA from Johns Hopkins University and brings training in economics and policy-informed public health practice. Her work focuses on implementation science and health systems research to improve uptake of childhood and maternal vaccines across low- and middle-income countries, including multi-country mixed-methods studies examining delivery barriers and frontline health worker performance. She has also contributed to evidence synthesis on vaccine service delivery and integration. At PUBHealth, she mentors programmes on rigorous evaluation design, implementation research, and evidence generation that strengthen real-world adoption pathways, especially for interventions intended for scale in resource-constrained settings.

Dr. Sayantan Banerjee is an Infectious Diseases physician and Additional Professor at AIIMS Kalyani. His work spans clinical infectious diseases, clinical microbiology, and translational health innovation, with prior experience supporting antimicrobial resistance and public-health priorities in regional and national contexts. Dr. Banerjee is a leading expert in snakebite envenomation and a member of the National Snakebite Taskforce of India. Within PUBHealth, he provides clinical and translational guidance, ensuring that product specifications, validation strategy, and deployment pathways remain grounded in bedside realities and public-system constraints.

Dr. Swarup Sarkar is a physician-epidemiologist and global public health leader with long experience across communicable diseases, health systems, and health diplomacy. He has held senior roles associated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and other international health programmes, with a track record in shaping evidence-to-policy work across regions. At PUBHealth, he advises on public-health strategy, stakeholder alignment, and implementation plans, so that innovations can transition from prototypes into programmes that can be adopted at scale.

Yachna Srivastava is Co-founder and Director of EcoKargha Consulting, where she leads strategic advisory on gender equality, climate-resilient livelihoods, and inclusive development, working with non-profits, CSR programmes, and multilateral partners to design and evaluate community-based interventions, especially for women and adolescent girls. She holds an MSW from TISS, Mumbai, and has held leadership/advisory roles over two decades with organisations including PRADAN, JEEVI-KA, BASIX, PATH, CARE, Digital Green, and GIZ. Her work includes scaling climate-smart agriculture and irrigation models and contributing to the nationally adopted ‘Bank Sakhi’ financial inclusion model. At PUBHealth, she strengthens our equity-by-design approach, helping shape community adoption, inclusion, and field implementation strategies so innovations translate into real, sustained access.

Dr. Yogesh Jain is a public-health physician known for long-term work in community health and primary-care delivery in rural India. Trained in paediatrics at AIIMS New Delhi, he has been associated with building and leading community-facing health programmes, combining clinical care with a systems view of equity, access, and implementation. He has been involved in primary health care through founding and running community health programs in rural Chhattisgarh. He has also served as an advisor to the Ministry of Health, Government of Chhattisgarh. At PUBHealth, he strengthens the design of solutions that are practical in resource-limited settings and responsive to patient and community realities.
