Yachna Srivastava is Co-founder and Director of EcoKargha Consulting, where she leads strategic advisory on gender equality, climate-resilient livelihoods, and inclusive development, working with non-profits, CSR programmes, and multilateral partners to design and evaluate community-based interventions, especially for women and adolescent girls. She holds an MSW from TISS, Mumbai, and has held leadership/advisory roles over two decades with organisations including PRADAN, JEEVI-KA, BASIX, PATH, CARE, Digital Green, and GIZ. Her work includes scaling climate-smart agriculture and irrigation models and contributing to the nationally adopted ‘Bank Sakhi’ financial inclusion model. At PUBHealth, she strengthens our equity-by-design approach, helping shape community adoption, inclusion, and field implementation strategies so innovations translate into real, sustained access.
